In memory of my dear husband, Mike who suffered from respiratory problems for such a long time. Eventually he had no fight left to combat a final infection in February 2013. He is sadly missed by me, his children, Gavin and Nicky, his grandchildren, Sebbie and Lucas and his many friends and other family members.
